## Lyrics

### Verse 1

We came here with no map in our hands,\
No printed page for the turning of days.\
Still, beneath all the noise of becoming,\
A small steady wisdom makes its way.

### Pre-Chorus

Let the shoulders loosen; let the breath come through.\
There is room inside this moment for the world to feel new.

### Chorus

Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.\
Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.\
Three small truths to carry through:\
Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.

### Verse 2

Stay awake, but set the burden down;\
The heart can meet the day without a fight.\
Ask the question, welcome the surprise,\
Let wonder keep a window open wide.

### Chorus

Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.\
Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.\
Three small truths to carry through:\
Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.

### Verse 3

When a thought or feeling rises up,\
Hold it like a letter, offer it above.\
Turn your deepest noticing toward the Father;\
Let the quiet answer with a love.

### Bridge

No perfect path, no need to know it all,\
Just meet the living moment as it calls.\
A breath, a question, an open heart—\
The oldest knowing, right where we are.

### Chorus

Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.\
Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.\
Three small truths to carry through:\
Body relaxed, mind happy,\
Soul turned Godward, gently.

Body relaxed… mind happy…\
Soul turned Godward… gently…

### Whisper

Father, I am here.
